Garlic and Blood Orange Vinegar Marinated Pork Chops

These pork chops are wonderful, especially on those hot summer nights when a fully, heavy meal is just not an option. Delicately flavored with garlic, orange and rosemary, these pair well with a fresh salad, or grilled zucchini, carrots and cauliflower. I also like to drink a glass of Tangerine Tango Zinfandel from Keel and Curley. I usually have to order it, so I reserve it as a treat, and will make a Blood Orange or Tangerine Sangria instead. I love Sangria.
